These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Cart & Carry ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Cart & Carry application ("App") and its services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
The Cart & Carry App is intended for use by individuals located within the specified delivery areas in Pakistan.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Failure to provide truthful information may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be your responsibility.
Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
Users can place orders for groceries, food, pharmacy items, parcels, and other services available on the App.
Deliveries are limited to specified locations within our service areas. Check the App for availability in your region.
Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, traffic, or vendor preparation times may cause delays.
Cart & Carry acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality or condition of products provided by partner vendors.
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). No bank or payment information is collected.
Users are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of the chosen payment method.
Refund and cancellation policies vary by vendor. Users are encouraged to review individual vendor policies before placing orders.
Orders canceled after confirmation may incur cancellation fees, subject to the vendor's policy.
In case of disputes or issues, users should contact Cart & Carry support. We will liaise with the vendor to resolve the issue, but the final decision rests with the vendor.
User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible within the App.
By using the App, you consent to the collection of personal information, including location data, to enhance the functionality of the services.
We may share your information with partner vendors and third-party service providers solely to facilitate order processing and delivery.
All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software on the App, is the property of Cart & Carry or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content on the App without prior written permission from Cart & Carry.
Some content may belong to third parties. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.
Users shall not use the App for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or harassment.
Attempting to disrupt the functionality of the App, such as hacking or introducing malicious code, is strictly forbidden.
Users may not impersonate other individuals or provide false information.
The App and its services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Cart & Carry does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
Cart & Carry is not responsible for issues related to product quality, allergies, or delivery delays caused by vendors.
Cart & Carry shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or its services.
Users are encouraged to provide feedback to improve our services. Feedback can be submitted via the App or through our support channels.

Cart & Carry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
By using the Cart & Carry App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of the App.
